Facilities include catering, blackout blinds, air conditioning, fibre optic broadband and state of the art audio visual equipment including Sennheiser microphones and sound system. There are many breakout areas available.

Consider how you will travel to London and the pros and cons of each option. Busy traffic can make driving stressful and parking is difficult and expensive. Remember to check if you need to pay any toll or congestion charges. While travelling by train is also expensive, it gives you the opportunity to either work on the train or enjoy some down time. London has eight main stations that are easily accessible from the rest of mainland Britain. Taking the coach is the cheapest option but can be quite time consuming. If you’re coming from further afield, you may want to fly to one of London’s five airports.
Also consider how you will travel around London. While the Underground is the obvious choice, the bus service is convenient, comfortable and often less crowded. Book a meeting room close to the mainline station you’ll be arriving in to. This will minimise the need for using public transport and taxis.
Invest in an Oyster card. An Oyster card makes travelling around London easier and gives you better value fares. You can load it up with credit in advance and touch in and out on your journey. You need to pay a £5 deposit for your Oyster card. If you are a regular visitor to London, you may want to hold on to your card, otherwise you can return it and receive a refund.
Plan your journey in advance and leave plenty of time. This will mean you can avoid rushing and arrive at your meeting feeling calm and relaxed.
